£8.25 per hour

We are looking for someone to join our friendly team in our expanding studio to help scale our company.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and an excellent eye for detail. They will also be skilled, reliable, dedicated, enthusiastic, confident, positive and happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks when needed. Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a part time (20hrs per week) Wish maker (Production Assistant) to join By Molly&Izzie Ltd. The position is based on a fixed term contract and the successful candidate should be available to start within 4 weeks. The position is permanent with a 3 month probation period and the potential for increased hours over time to meet business needs.

You will be passionate about creating personalised products and have a genuine interest in jewellery/social media, steady hands and a meticulous eye for detail is absolutely necessary.

You will have the opportunity to work on a selection of processes across a range of products. You must be able to work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment and not buckle under pressure.

Joining a small, team of like-minded creative individuals, you will play an important part in the growth of the brand. Roles will include but not limited to jewellery production, maintaining stock levels and dispatching the orders each day. The job will involve producing a range of jewellery items and generally helping with everything needed to get things out the door. It can be very busy but it's great fun, most of the time!

Duties:

  • jewellery production
  • replenishing shelves with stock
  • keeping track of supplies and replenishing when needed
  • making up and packing wholesale orders
  • plus many more duties...

Training will be provided. Hours are 20 hours per week. Working hours are to be arranged but will be over 3 or 4 days. Overtime may be necessary at busy times. You must also be available to work weekends when required, as much notice as possible will be given. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime are key elements for this role.

Skills/Qualifications
